Over 84 Lac types of Living Forms exist in our universe including our Human Body. The Universe and all its working is ruled by the Supreme Being who exists in Sithargal Ulagam. All of his actions translates into the 5 elements (Panja Bootham)
From this we Human's experience Love and Sorrow, and live according to our Karma and Dharma. In our existence, there is a constant cycle of Birth and Death and Re-Birth. In this cycle of Birth, Death and Re-Birth, we live in a dreamy existence and let our desires rule our Karma and Dharma.
To remove ourselves from this Trap of Life and Death, and to achieve Moksha, we need to Purify our Mind and Body, and only then will our Soul join the Soul of the Supreme Being, who exists in Sithargal Ulagam or the Unknown.
The Supreme Being's Kingdom is Unknown and we cannot reach the Unknown unless we purify our Mind and Body. Therefore, the Unknown is Sithargal Ulagam, and only through the aspect of time we could tell when the Supreme Beings kingdom would be revealed to his creations.
Only Time would reveal the Supreme Kingdom and the Unknown would be reveled in all its Glory and we would understand its true nature and character. One we understand all aspects of the Unknown; we gain Enlightenment through Wisdom.
This process of Enlightenment would make us truly understand that we come from the Unknown and our ultimate return would be to the Unknown. Once you accept this fact, you achieve Mukti.
To Achieve Mukti, we need to first remove Selfishness and Greed. We have to form ourselves to be Selfless. When you are Selfless, you surrender to the Unknown. Once we surrender ourselves to the Unknown, we take our first step to Enlightenment. We would then move on to reach our final destination which is Sithargal Ulagam, where there is no cycle of Birth and Death but only Immortality.
The Basis of Purifying our Mind and Body is first to cut out the roots of the 7 sins from ourselves. The Sins of Lust, Anger, Arrogance, Greed, Envy, Pride and Sloth. Once we are free from these entanglements, our 5 senses gain true freedom.
We then take the first steps to Meditation, by locking up of 5 senses. As we Meditate, we begin the journey of Self Discovery, and once we Truly discover ourselves, we then move closer to Discover the one that is Supreme.
Once we discover the Supreme, our Divine Sound and Light existing in ourselves will bond with the Divinity of the Unknown, and we would become one.
When we join with the Unkown or Sithargal Ulagam, we attain Supreme Peace and Live in Immortality and in Glory and Joy with our Supreme Lord.
